The combination of all these ingredients gives us the nutrients required to achieve a hydrating, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and digestive effect.
WATERMELON AND MELON
These fruits have a high water content, with approximately 92% water, so they are excellent for staying well-hydrated.
Plus, they are rich in vitamin A and vitamin C, antioxidant vitamins that protect against oxidative damage and that are important for the health of our skin and immune system.
PINEAPPLE
Pineapple is rich in bromelain, an enzyme with digestive, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties as well as containing a high water and fibre content, which helps to improve the digestive process and relieve the symptoms of indigestion.
STRAWBERRIES AND LIME
They contain anthocyanins and ellagic acid, which help to combat inflammation and cell damage and are rich in vitamin C, which strengthens the immune system.
They aid digestion and promote gut health thanks to the fibre from the strawberries and acidity of the lime.
HELP TO IMPROVE YOUR HEALTH WITH VITAMIN C ELEMENTS
You can use different combinations of fruits to make your smoothies, such as mango, coconut, apple, pear, etc. and add a fun touch to your breakfasts and snacks.
We suggest you combine these juices with our Vitamin C Elements, thereby ensuring you have an intake of antioxidants which help to neutralise the free radicals generated by exposure to the sun’s UV rays in summer, improve skin hydration and reduce dryness and wrinkles since they favour collagen synthesis.
The vitamin C from Vitamin C Elements comes from dog rose or rosehip, ensuring as much as possible of this natural vitamin is present, in addition to ascorbic acid and bioflavonoids which improve its absorption. With a dose of 2 capsules, you get 1000mg of vitamin C, ensuring a higher antioxidant power and protection for the body against infections.
