More information on data protection law rights What rights do data subjects have?
The GDPR gives you the following rights, which you can exercise by sending an e-mail to the address of the data controller:
Right of access
You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed and, if so, the right of access to the personal data and to information relating to the processing.
You have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data undergoing processing.
Right of rectification
You have the right to obtain without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you have the right to have incomplete personal data completed.
Right of erasure
You have the right to obtain without undue delay the deletion of personal data concerning you.
We are obliged to delete personal data without undue delay in the following circumstances:
- the personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed;
- the data subject withdraws the consent given for specific purposes or the express consent given for the processing of special categories of data, such as data revealing his or her political opinions, as long as such processing is not based on another legal ground;
- the data subject objects to the processing on grounds relating to his or her particular situation and no other legitimate grounds for the processing prevail;
- the personal data have been processed unlawfully;
- the personal data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation under Union or Member State law applicable to the controller.
The obligation to erase personal data shall not apply where the processing is necessary in order to:
- exercising the right to freedom of expression and information;
- compliance with a legal obligation requiring the processing of data imposed by Union or Member State law applicable to the controller;
- the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller;
- for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes, insofar as the right to erasure would make impossible or seriously impede the achievement of the purposes of such processing;
- for the exercise, defence or lodging of complaints.
Restriction of processing
You have the right to obtain the restriction of processing where any of the following conditions are met:
- You contest the accuracy of the personal data, for a period of time that allows us to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
- The processing is unlawful and you object to the erasure of the personal data and request instead the restriction of their use;
- We do not need the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but you need them for the formulation, exercise or defence of claims;
- You have objected to the processing on grounds relating to your particular situation, while we verify whether our legitimate grounds as data controller outweigh those of the data subject.

You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
Opposition to processing
You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you on the basis of Article 6(1)(e) or (f) of the GDPR. We will no longer process the personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of claims.
