INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg ripe tomatoes
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 spoonfuls of white wine vinegar
  • 3 spoonfuls of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Turmeric Complex capsule
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves (optional, to garnish)
  • Chilled water (amount required to adjust the consistency)

STEPS TO FOLLOW

  1. Wash the tomatoes, cucumber and pepper well.
  2. Peel the cucumber and chop all the vegetables into large pieces.
  3. Place the tomatoes, cucumber, pepper, onion, and garlic in a blender.
  4. Add the vinegar, olive oil and the opened turmeric capsule.
  5. Blend the ingredients until you have a soft and uniform mixture.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Refrigerate the soup for at least an hour before serving so that it is well chilled.
